My Recommendation:

Under Heading "Frequently Asked Questions" - List item "Where can I get extensions and themes (add-ons)":

"If you want to use Extensions please for first install AMO Browsing for SeaMonkey <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/amo-browsing-for-seamonkey/?src=ss>. This add on will help you to find compatible Add Ons and to convert Add Ons which are not compatible with SeaMonkey."
