Steps to reproduce:

1. open some tabs (maybe like 5).
2. start closing them from the top.
3. all of them seem to move and produce some blurry fading effect?

i don't know if this is an actual bug but it seemed very weird ish to me since the animation seemed a little laggy and I felt like it was expecting for them to just move like a previous build (without the fading as they move animation)?
