Hook up module-graph.pl output to cvs checkout mechanism,
this should let us pull the right directories for a given module.
Target Milestone: --- → mozilla0.9.9
will try for 1.0

prototype bootstrap script checked in to mozilla/tools/module-deps/bootstrap.pl.
(work in progress still)
This is an infrastructure bug.  Minusing to topembed- and adding embed.
Keywords: topembed → embed, topembed-
this is implemented in mozilla/tools/module-deps/bootstrap.pl,
marking fixed.  No need for QA verify here.
