Even though the alert is for an older Nightly build, the regression seems to be legitimate and the histogram didn’t revert to its original state since then. Looks like bug 1158561, particularly https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/f3a229a8202e#l1.74. Now that this stuff is async, perhaps it's expected that it takes longer wall time?

Does TelemetryStopwatch allow you to accumulate multiple intervals? Maybe it would be more meaningful to record only the time in the clearSiteData calls.
