Component: Password Manager → Password Manager: Site Compatibility
This seems to work fine for me from their homepage and https://www.hyatt.com/gp/en/account/sign_in.jsp?fnav=signin. Can you still reproduce this?
Flags: needinfo?(blassey.bugs)
Yes I can reproduce this, here are STR: 1) type "hyatt.com" in the url bar and hit enter (redirects to "https://www.hyatt.com/hyatt/index.jsp") 2) click the "sign in" drop down in the top right corner 3) sign in in that drop down panel tested in 49 dev edition, it doesn't offer to save the password

I guess this issue is only reproducible with a real Hyatt account then as it works fine if I type nonsense in the fields and click SIGN IN.
Do you see the same if you put in incorrect information? If not, you may have a separate issue like choosing to never save on the site.
Flags: needinfo?(blassey.bugs)
it offers to save in a clean profile. Is there anyway to check if there's a never save pref?
Flags: needinfo?(blassey.bugs)
Check about:preferences#security, there is a global checkbox there and you can click "Exceptions…" to see the per-site blocklist.

There's some strangeness here, but tl;dr I think this got fixed at some point in the last 10 months. resolving
