1206780 - Add Pontoon site name and details to Persona popup

The Persona popup currently just shows the domain for Pontoon. It's customizable, and we should, at a minimum, display "Pontoon" instead of just the domain. In an ideal world, we'd also color it like the site and display a logo, but we don't really have an appropriate logo for it right now.

http://django-browserid.readthedocs.org/en/latest/user/settings.html#customizing-the-login-popup are the settings for getting django-browserid to customize the popup, but depending on how we trigger the popup, they may or may not work.
