120697 - Installer needs overall progress of download bar

In the Macintosh installer there needs to be a progress bar that tracks the 
overal progress of the download not just the progress of each XPI 
package as it is now.  Each package is good to know, but how long the 
whole thing is going to take would be much more useful.

Hmm, isn't this fixed ? See bug 81144 which makes mention of two progress
bars ...

Confirmed using Mac Mozilla 1.0 net installer. No indication is given of overall download or 
installation progress.
