Disabled for release_build on beta in https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-beta/rev/86c822f7326a

As far as I know we haven't changed any code around toolbox buttons.
There have been a few changes to browser/devtools/shared/telemetry.js::stopTimer() but they look fine to me.
