Details
Web page is loaded in chatzilla window if you click a link
when there is no navigator window.
(1) Execute "mozilla -chat" and join a channel.
(2) Enter an URL. It's displayed as a link.
(3) Click the link.
Actual result: The web page is loaded in chatzilla window.
Expected result: The web page is loaded in new navigator window.

This worksforme (using Mozilla 0.9.9, Win32, w/o quicklaunch/turbo enabled).
