Details
We're using requests 2.5.3 and we should upgrade to 2.7.0.
Looking at the code, it looks like we use requests for:
1. bitly
2. notifications
3. surveygizmo
I don't think there were API changes between 2.5 and 2.7, so this could be pretty straight-forward.
