1207358 - [Flame][Music][NGA] Scrolling through the Songs page in the NGA Music app sticks at the top

In the Music NGA application when you are in the "Songs" page and attempt to scroll down to see more music the scroll will sometimes stick and refuse to show anything that that isn't immediately visible on the page. Additionally the scroll bar on the right side of the screen takes up the entire height of the window, implying that the app thinks there is nothing to scroll to. Lifting your finger off the screen and trying again will correctly scroll the page and display a shorter scroll bar on the side of the screen.
