In bug 1204736, when we add a new version to an add which has a current version in pending review status, we move the older version to "obsolete". 

We should show a warning/confirmation message to the developer and tell them that is a permanent change to the app status.
Note that it changes the old *version* status to "obsolete", not the add-on status.
The issue here is that the previous pending version gets made obsolete if a new version is uploaded. I... no longer understand the edge case that would benefit from a warning (maybe a long day, sorry).

The change to status for the old add-on will be permanent. If the developer deletes the new version, the old version still remains as Obsolete and the app becomes incomplete. So, a warning message would be nice. Definitely an edge case.
