Shift + PageDown/Up text selection is unavaliable while composing mail
in text mode. This is useful when you quote a mail and want to select a portion
of  it (mostly for the purpose of deleting a large portion.).

Currently Shift+Up/Down_Arrow combination works. However it is not inconvenient
especially in large mails...
reassign to brade to find duplicate (possibly 4302?)
