To provide good integration with the host OS, we need to map some b2g settings to their Android equivalent.
Attached patch settings-mapper.patch (obsolete) — — Splinter Review 
This implements a fairly generic mapper between gecko settings (not prefs) and Android.

On the Android side, since there are various ways to configure things, we have a base mapping class that each specific feature specializes. This patch provides support to set the wallpaper, and the screen timeout duration.
On the b2g side, we listen both to Android messages and to mozSettings changes, and relay things back and forth.
