Bookmarks Tab on Sidebar is not refreshed if "Bookmarks" is the only enabled tab. When you start Mozilla you have an empty "Bookmarks" tab. Enabling another tab and swithching to the new tab and then switching back to "Bookmarks" tab causes a happy :) refresh...
This should be fixed in a recent build. If not, please reopen. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 109674 ***
