Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0
Build ID: 20150826023504
Steps to reproduce:
I use JAWS for Windows or NVDA to access the computer.
It seems that the list of folders in subscription configuration is not recognized by assistive technologies.
Environment:
- Windows 10 64bit
- JAWS 16.0.4350, NVDA 2015.3(JP)
- IMAP mail account hosted with Dovecot, with many IMAP folders, which I want to select a few of them to be "Subscribe"ed.
Note: I am running Thunderbird with Japanese UI, so I will write this report backtranslating it. It can be not so accurate.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Show all IMAP folders by configuring with account settings.
2. Right click(Press application key) on any folder and select Subscribe.
3. It shows a dialog containing a list of all folders and buttons "Subscribe" and "Unsubscribe".
Actual results:
By tabbing around the dialog, JAWS nor NVDA does not allow us to hear or select the folder names. Using touch cursor in JAWS or Object navigation with NVDA does not help.
It prevents us to use Subscription function to manage Thunderbird to work with many folders efficiently.
Expected results:
When the focus comes in the list of folders, Thunderbird should reveal the information of the list, name of folders, its subscription states and so on.
