They probably should to get better build speeds. This mozconfig bit controls it:
https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/build/mozconfig.cache

It pulls info out of the buildbot props to determine what bucket to use etc, so we either have to provide that info or tweak that file to do the right thing for taskcluster.
