Details

Each project should have an option to set deadline date (in admin interface) and present it to localizers (on dashboards). Some projects have different deadlines for different files, so this should be a property of Resources. Later on we can use this information to send notifications a few days before the deadline (see bug 983092).

The same goes for priority information (on a scale from 1 to 5) - it should be a Resource property, available to set in admin interface and presented in the dashboard.
