As a Mozilla event organizer i would like to send mail to both Mozillians and Reps who all are attending my event. also it would be great if Rep attendees can replace as Mail attendees

Hi Swarnava, Mozillian users provide their email to the Reps portal only to login. They have not been asked to use their address for any other purposes. Unless we explicitly state to these Mozillians that their email will be exposed and may be used, we cannot add them to the portal. For more information, you can also refer to bug 897881. For the reasons explained above, I am marking this bug as wontfix. Thanks for filing it though!
