Every link opened from Thunderbird, Skype or any other program, simply opened a new tab in the current opened window instead of a new Firefox window. You can try to reproduce this on the latest builds, using a new clean Firefox profile, safe mode, add-ons disabled. If the issue still occurs, please provide the necessary steps to reproduce it.
