FireFox 40.0.3 fails to display attached svg contents (filled rectangle)
"test02_2.svg" is correctly displayed in IE and Chrome, but not in FireFox 40.0.3.

I suspect this is related to single precision vs double precision support. I'm not sure whether we care, I'll leave this up to you jwatt.

If Chrome and IE both handle this then I feel we should care, but there are more important bugs to work on just now.
