1208030 - Different size buttons for Add new contact/Add contact

Affected builds:
- latest Nightly 44.0a1
- latest Developer Edition 43.0a2

Affected OS`s:
- Mac OS X 10.10.5
- Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit
- Windows 7 64-bit

STR:
1. Start Firefox
2. Click Hello icon
3. Sign in or sign up with and account
4. Go to Contacts tab
5. Click Add new contact
6. Click Cancel

Expected results: Add new contact and Add contact buttons have the same size.

Actual results: The buttons change size.

Notes:
1. Don`t know if this is an issue, but I would say to keep the size of buttons for consistency. Don`t know how this affects other languages though.
In Firefox 42, Cancel and Add Contact buttons have the same size (old design).

Buttons should be the same size.

However, the contacts panel is being removed, so this may not be worth the fix.

We are currently reworking the Loop "user journey" (bug 1209713) and as part of this direct calls and contacts are being removed. Therefore closing contact related bugs as wontfix.
