User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 Build ID: 20150921151815 Steps to reproduce: I add 5 account (5 email) in Thunderbird. 2nd email account I loss password 1 month ago. I setup masster password. Actual results: When I start Thunderbird, it show 5 inputbox for type Master password (and more 1 to ask password of 2nf email account). Expected results: show only one inputbox for type Master password (for many account) if it in one profile of Thunderbird.

The same problem for me. Linux, Thunderbird 52.3.0 (64-bit) This is very annoying bug. I suppose fixing is almost trivial, I wonder why this is not fixed for more than two years.
Hopefully some fixes coming in version 60

workaround is to disable check for new mail on startup
Just curious, are some of your accounts gmail? If so, this is definitely a known problem and the workaround that Wayne pointed out should help.
