Steps to reproduce:

Though my employment with Mozilla corporation has ended, I'd like to keep contributing myself to Mozilla.

Asking for non-employee-specific LDAP access (commit level 3) be transferred to a new account with the same ssh key: [e-mail]

My level 1 access is granted at Bug 929380
My level 3 access is granted at Bug 1115488
