I'm on nightly (44), Windows 8.1. Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-34200234 Scroll. See the video boxes 'jump' instead of just scrolling with the page. Incredibly distracting. Chrome scrolls the video boxes nicely.

FWIW, I can't reproduce this on current 48 beta, but moving to the right component in case people there are interested in looking at this further.
