I have several video clips which play fine in Firefox 40 on Windows but no longer play in Firefox 41 - display "Video cannot be played because the file is corrupted.".

Nightly 44 also doesn't play them with the same symptoms as with 41.

Example of such clip: http://people.mozilla.org/~ahalachmi/share/bugs/wheel-jumps_arrows-smooth.mp4

The clip was created using OBS - https://obsproject.com/

Also tested Firefox release 40.0.3 and Firefox release 41.0 with a clean profile on the following systems:

Windows 8.1 64 (i7-4500U)
Windows 10 32 (Atom z3740)

On both systems Firefox 40 plays it, Firefox 41 doesn't.

This video m4a atom indicates that it has an audio stream, but with a channel count of 0.

This video is then rejected.

The regression is due to some security fix that reject nonsensical data to prevent issues such as a division by 0.

Not the most efficient way, but in practice there will only be 1-2 tracks, and it's only used when reading metadata, so r+.
