I'm using Nightly on Linux (44.0a1 - 2015-09-26) and whenever a form autocomplete dropdown appears, if I try to use it to choose a form field value (via keyboard or mouse) every open Firefox tab crashes. The good news is that "Restore every open tab" seems to be working well, at least... ;) Also, as I was entering this bug, it happened again, when I was trying to paste the specific FF version into this form field, so it might be related to pasting into a form field rather than specific to autocomplete. I'll test that in a second, but I want to get this bug submitted before it crashes again and I have to start all over (again!).
So, yeah, did further testing. It also happens whenever I highlight some text and then try to use 'middle-click' to paste from the X windows paste buffer into a form field. It does *not* happen if I select some text and explicitly use Ctrl-C to copy and then Ctrl-V to paste, that works fine.
Still happening? Might be a dupe of bug 1208804 and that got fixed in the next update, apparently.
