As stated in bug 1207662 comment 0, b2g devices build file names can't be saved as persistent files currently.
This is because we can have opt and debug builds for example, but this indication is not in the raw build filename - so this would end up reusing wrong persistent files;
Also we are failing to extract a file name from the build url when that url is constructed from private build url coming from taskcluster, and we should fix that.
