Note: This is a follow-up bug for Bug 1188478 Reproducible on: Firefox 44.0a1, Firefox 43.0a2 and Firefox 42 Beta 1 under Windows 7 Prerequisites: Google Chrome is installed and closed, and has: - custom homepage - browsing history - saved bookmarks - saved passwords STR 1.Launch Firefox with clean profile. 2.Make sure that Chrome is closed before continuing. 3.Go to about:preferences#security 4.Click on "Saved Passwords" button 5.Click on "Import" button. 6.Select Chrome from the "Import Settings and Data" window and then press "Next" 7.Check all options from “Items to Import” window and Click “Next”. ER Firefox has all the other browser's settings and data imported. AR - A transaction timeout occurs and the bookmarks are not imported. - The following errors are thrown in browser console: Error: Transaction timeout, most likely caused by unresolved pending work. Stack trace: ConnectionData.prototype<.executeTransaction/promise</timeoutPromise</<@resource://gre/modules/Sqlite.jsm:635:33 setTimeout_timer@resource://gre/modules/Timer.jsm:30:5 MU_showMigrationWizard@resource:///modules/MigrationUtils.jsm:544:1 OpenMigrator@chrome://passwordmgr/content/passwordManager.js:486:3 oncommand@chrome://passwordmgr/content/passwordManager.xul:1:1 Sqlite.jsm:642 Transaction timeout, most likely caused by unresolved pending work. Sqlite.jsm:635:0 some bookmarks did not successfully migrate. Additional notes: - This issue is reproducible on Firefox 44.0a1 (2015-09-27), Firefox 43.0a2 (2015-09-27) and Firefox 42 Beta 1 (20150921151815) under Windows 7 64-bit - Did not encountered this issue on Windows 10 32-bit. - I am attaching a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/rKuW0im.jpg
