Reproducible on: Firefox 44.0a1, Firefox 43.0a2 and Firefox 42 Beta 1 under Windows 

Prerequisites: Set as system default browser another one than Firefox (e.g: Chrome, Edge, Opera)

STR
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Go to about:preferences#security
3.Click on "Saved Passwords" button
4.Click on "Import" button.

ER
System default browser shows as selected.

AR
The first item from the list is selected in "Import Settings and Data" window.

Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 44.0a1 (2015-09-27), Firefox 43.0a2 (2015-09-27) and Firefox 42 Beta 1 (20150921151815) under Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 10 32-bit.
- This issue also reproduces while importing data from Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks -> Import and Backup -> Import Data from Another Browser.
