Tapping "App installed" pop-up at the bottom of the Marketplace screen should open the new app

When a Marketplace app is installed (like HERE Maps), a little gray pop-up at the bottom of the screen says something like "HERE Maps installed". It would be nice if tapping the "HERE Maps installed" notification would open the just installed app.

I know there is the "open app" button on the app's Marketplace page, but it is small (bug 1207007) and I did not realize it had replaced the page's "install" button.
