120932 - Get Msgs grayed when Local Folders is selected

When the local folder is selected, the "Get Msgs" button stay grayed. It should
be enabled to allow to retrieve messages for all or one of the other account(s).
Instead, we have to select another account to retrieve all messages.

Sorry, I misread the bug description. When selecting the "Local Folders"
account, the Get Msg is grayed-out for me too. Confirming.

Please always include you build ID and a list of steps to reproduce the bug.

CTRL+T or CTRL+Shift+T don't work either, when Local Folders is selected.

The bug appears with newest version (I use the Build 2002011703). It seems to be
different from 111102. In fact, there is no link with news, and it is not
disabled after downloading messages (I didn't found bugs in the database which
exactly described what appens now). The only problem is the button is disabled
when selecting the local folder.
