Build ID 2001122106. With above URL, tried to file into a new bookmark folder: Bookmarks/File Bookmarks/Create Bookmark Mozilla crashed, queued talkback TB1861195M, but could Feedback Agent could not send. Restarted Windows, talkback sent, bookmark saved successfully. Seems like a passing memory shortage problem.

No, it happened only once. I did want to dcoument this occurrence since a Talkback was sent.
Works OK for me. Win98 SE. Build 2002021503
