1209447 - Animated element flickers and repositions while mouse is moving

While moving the mouse anywhere on the page (or even browser UI) makes the animated element jump to a different position. When mouse movement is stopped, the element returns to its correct position.

It appears to work correctly in the latest beta [42.0b1] but not in latest nightly [44.0a1 (2015-09-28)].

I've only tested it on my MBP - but it happens both on retina screen and external non-HDPI.
