Currently homescreen only scrolls down a page when you drag the icon to the area slightly above the edit tray (when the edit tray isn't visible, it's just the bottom of the screen). This is hard to discover and use. It should always be the bottom of the screen, and there should be a slight delay if the edit tray is visible.
