Having landed onscreen keyboard shortcuts in bug 1141569 we should probably update the 'esc' shortcut description to be a bit more accurate.
From:
Close all open job or filter panels
To simply:
Close all open panels
Since the shortcut/overlay panel itself, is now part of what closes on 'esc'.
