Steps to reproduce:

Enter chrome://communicator/content/permissions/cookieViewer.xul in address bar


Actual results:

The CookieManager shows up but list of Cookie Websites is blank.

The error console shows 2 errors:

Expected results:

Websites with it's cookie permissions should be listed

Works fine in 2.38. Verified with x86 and x64 Windows builds using both versions. 2.39 is the first version where this is broken.
