1209652 - Duplicate add-on ID found after failed add-on submission

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/45.0.2454.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1. Complete second step of add-on submission (including uploading source code).
2. When trying to go to third step 'Oops. We had an error.' message appears.
3. Try to submit add-on again.



Actual results:

When I try to submit add-on again, it does not pass automated validation because of 'Duplicate add-on ID found.' error but my add-ons list is empty.



Expected results:

I should be able to resume failed submission or to make a new one.  The ID of the add-on in question is [e-mail]

What's your AMO account? It looks like an Incomplete listing was created and I just need to link your account.
