We will soon be running an experiment (bug 1195573) on the firstrun page.

Can we enable Optimizely on the page for the experiment? I'll comment here when the experiment is ready and open a new bug when the waffle flag can be disabled.
In fact, we can enable this now. The experiment can't be created otherwise.

Looks like Optimizely is already on the /firstrun page [1], so it just needs the waffle switch turning on.

I suggest pinging someone in #www (probably jgmize) who can magic it on :)
