Note in preparation for deployment, I have disabled Pulse notifications of builds and am restarting Autophone to pick up the change. nexus-7-jss15q-2 and nexus-s-3 are again way behind in keeping up with builds which I hope is at least partly due to bug 1209653. Since they are both over two days behind and will never catch up, I am also going to cancel their outstanding jobs.

When the other devices finish their pending jobs, I will complete the deployment and re-enable pulse. This will sync the measurements with this deployment and will make the change due to bug 1209653 readily apparent.

I hope to complete the deployment sometime on 2015-10-03.
