It would be nice to have support for the "animationend" event in event_safety.js, as we currently do for "transitionend". (Originally suggested by Etienne in [1])

Going a step further, it would be even cooler to generalize eventSafety in such a way that it can always act as a promise for when the current transition/animation ends, perhaps by inspecting the transition-duration property, but that's perhaps a separate thing.
