This bug only occurs on Aries kk 2.5 which flashes the build of patch "bug1208170", and both RTL and LTR are affected.

According to the 2.5 RTL spec:
 * we musn't mirror "Individual icons that are direction neutral" which IMHO is the case with the volume icon.
 * the volume progress bar should be mirrored.

The current implementation (PR from bug 1208170) mirrors the progress bar and doesn't mirror the volume icon so it matches the spec.

Hi William and Pierre,
This is not a RTL bug, but this is a new bug after landing patch 1208170.
The behaviour is that: When you adjust volume, volume progress bar does not have any change.  So this is a bug of function.
So change the status.
