Steps to reproduce:

Open customization mode and drag one icon over the others.


Actual results:

The icons flicker while moving.


Expected results:

The icons shouldn't flicker.

Is this a regression? It sounds like one - I've never seen this. It would be useful to have a regression range, also because I suspect this will be a core/gfx/widget thing rather than a frontend thing. We haven't touched customization mode in a long time.

Yes it seems to be pretty recent. I'm only able to reproduce on Nightly 44.
