Deleted domains never reappear in the Top Sites list. This is especially annoying considering how we collapse all sites into a single domain tile: if I don't like some arbitrary Yahoo search result that gets used as my yahoo.com tile, then I delete it, I'll never see any yahoo.com tile again.

In triage we discussed making this a checkbox in Clear Private Data:
[ ] Top Sites excluded domains
That's doable for 2.0.
Summary: Deleted Top Sites are gone forever → Add a UI option to reset the user's Top Sites exclusions

you can now pin sites. If you've removed a site in AS. You can simply re-add it as a Pinned site.
