We want to run two snippets for a Germany fundraising campaign.

Initial we want to go with the best performing German snippet from last year.

There are a few versions of this new snippet we want to try, all via config values. We know the next variant is going to be with an image. Config value is

The people managing the snippet will need the actual png and not its base64 version. Please attach it here.
The code for the second snippet is still under code review and requires changes. I expect that to be in production early next week. I'll update here with progress.

1) "jade" instead of the original "jede"

Please let me know if the changes are intentional. Looking at Google Translate, using jede makes more sense but maybe there was a reason for the change. And I know it makes more sense to use Euro instead of dollar, but would like the confirmation as well. Thanks!

Honestly, the jade looks like a typo... I suspect it was originally retrieved from a screenshot from last year, which is prone to typos. Should update to jede.

The Euro/Dollar, I say we go with "Dollar" for the last year bit, and "Euro" for the new one.

Confirming that we are matching the copy currency to the currency visible in the buttons -- so "dollar" for our 2014 benchmark snippet (matches symbol "$" on the amount buttons). For all future DE snippet variants we are using our new payment vendor that accepts euro, so we will match the euro symbol "€" with the word "euro" in the copy.

So an update on this. We were waiting for a Stripe contract before we could launch the new snippet, and it just happened now, too late for the German campaign we ran, but in time for end of year.

We'll be using the mofo-eoy-2015 snippet that landed for the German campaign. Thanks for helping us get this ready so early. It's no coincidence that we intended on using the same snippet for both campaigns ;)

We're now in a pretty good place.

It'll have multiple configs according to the locale.

Looks like something was wrong with the url in the config.

Can I get the url that's in the config pasted in here so I know how to work with it? It's pretty invisible to me at this point. I suspect it's not 'donationFormURL': "https://donate.mozilla.org/de/" and actually has some more props on it which I didn't know to account for, but I can.
ah, because in this snippet I add more params on top of that, which are conflicting.

Couple of questions:
-What is the English version of "Meine Spende monatlich wiederholen" - this was part of the monthly check box label
-For these locales en, fr, ptbr, de, ru, it, es and pl - can you specify the specific currency and currency code for each locale.
-Also in the EOY 2015 template - if we wanted to do $, how do we do it so it shows up as $20 instead of 20$. 
-Do you have these text localized and handy otherwise I can try and dig: "remove", "Donate Now", and the English copy version of "Meine Spende monatlich wiederholen"?

  The current patch works on Fx >= 29.0. It that or do you want to support older foxes?

BTW developing and testing snippets is a tedious task. If you could provide all feedback at once so we do at most an iteration or two would make me really really happy.

In the case of needing to support Firefox versions less than 29, we have options.

Looks like only 1% of our impressions are coming from those users on version 29 and below so I think it's fine if we don't support below version 29. 

Giorgos - we'll try to make sure feedback is streamlined but sometimes there's back-end things we don't know about or didn't catch. But your request is duly noted!

IT is an issue, we need to work out displaying some of the copy in the UI. Right now it doesn't fit in the button, and it's not going to be finished in time.

Is that OK if we don't ship IT?
