An app for testing and cloud storage plug in system with a fake storage. This app use the FileSystemProviderAPI to support other app to access the fake data provider by the app.
1. Register a new type storage on FxOS
2. Mount/Unmount multiple storages
3. Handle the FileSystemProviderAPI events with fake data provided by applicaiton

Eden would like to have a test app for File System Provider API in dev_apps.
I will follow the work at attachment 8690815 [details] [review] to finish the following codes.

After the offline discussion with Eden, Eden has a test app patch for this bug. Storage Manager ( attachment 8690815 [details] [review]) can be an example to implement JSON format fixture.
