Steps to reproduce:

1. right click on bookmarks toolbar
2. select "New Folder"
3. Enter any name in popup window + validate


Actual results:

Created folder is named "New Folder", not the-name-I-entered


Expected results:

Created folder should be named the-name-I-entered, not "New Folder"
