STR:
1. Push app using Web IDE
2. Observe under the Spanish locale there are no strings listed

Some locales like Italian and French show the strings, but others such as Spanish do not. See attached file for what Spanish looks like.

Theo says in IRC: "looks like an issue on SUMO side to process the .po files"

It seems like the link https://support.mozilla.org/es/jsi18n-buddyup/ has the correct localization in place now. If you replace the app/translations/es.js with the current contents of that link, are you still missing translations?

I resolve this as tested the spanish l10n and it works. NI on Marcia to verify it.
