Can't delete card when using search bar

1/20 08 trunk build
Open address book
Open collected address book in window
Use search bar to reduce cards to just a few
click on a card to select it
Use delete key, delete button, or context menu to delete the card
Nothing happens!
Leave that card selected and remove the search criteria from the search bar
The selected card changes to the first card in the repopulated view!!
Scroll down to the card you tried to delete, note that it's still there
Delete the card again
This time it goes away!
