When launching a new window from the Task Manager, the statusbar launches in dark mode and only swaps to light mode when the window launches. Same with private browsing (black to purple). I think this is because we don't load appChrome until we see the "_loaded" event, but in the case of browser windows, we should be able to prepare the chrome immediately and reConfig() it when we load instead.
